1. What are your magnets made of?
Each magnet is 2"x2" (or circular options are 1" or 2.25 "), printed in premium matte photo paper, sealed with a protective mylar layer and backed with a strong magnet. They are built to hold up on your fridge, locker, or filing cabinet.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard orders (custom 6/9) and pre-made magnets ship within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Larger custom packs (12/18/24) and the Anniversary Photo Magnet Gift Box ship within 5-10 business days, since these are made in larger batches by hand. Bulk orders of 25 or more are quoted individually based on the size of the order.
3. Do you offer custom photo magnets?
Yes! You can upload your own photos to any of our Custom Photos products and we will turn your favorite memories - concerts, pets, milestones, whatever you love - into magnets.
4. What file can I upload?
JPG, PNG, and HEIC files are all accepted. We recommend that you upload the highest quality photo for the clearest print.
5. Do you ship outside of Arizona?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the U.S.! Arizona orders include 9.1% sales tax; all out-of-state orders are 5.6%.
6. Is shipping free?
Any order over $75 includes free shipping. Tracking is included on every order.
7. What if I need more than 24 magnets?
Head to our Bulk Orders Page and fill out the wholesale quote form - we offer custom pricing for orders of 25 or more, perfect for book clubs, classrooms, weddings or corporate giftings.
8. What is your return policy?
Since every magnet is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse - but your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. See our Shipping and Returns page for full details.
